You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription prior to being charged for the next subscription term (e.g., the next month or year). To do this, You must call our Customer Service Department at Call 1 (360) 633-2818 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET; or cancel your subscription to the Premium Service online in the My Account section of the Exponential Gains website.
*Please note, this is a summary of the refund policy on our site that you agreed to before making your purchase. For all refunds on any of our 90 Day VIP level programs or the 90 Day Alpha Challenge, you must complete the entire program and can only request the refund after this time. This is the offer as listed in the video: “We'll generate significantly more than our small fee and we'll do so measurably. So you'll know it's only because of us that you've received such a great return on capital or we'll pay you whatever the difference is, plus an additional 30%. So you actually can not help, but make a positive return on your investment with us."
Therefore, refunds are only given AFTER you’ve tried it for a full 90 days AND, after you provide supporting proof of this, including the total return on capital you achieved. We will also check the membership vault and your live session logins to confirm you’re studying and attending the training on a regular basis. Inline with our terms and conditions and refund policy you agreed to at checkout, refunds are not given because you changed your mind, found the plan unsuitable on any day (you’ve not given it a real chance), found the plan confusing without consuming all of the content and asking questions on the live calls, had a technical issue or did not like the plan in general. In other words, refunds are only an option once you have fully completed the program as you committed to doing when you applied for and joined the program.
These terms are without exception and a refund request outside of these requirements will not be processed. You will be required to spend time reading the content, watching the weekly videos and formulating your plan, so it does require some personalized action and a time commitment to study more than you trade – despite me doing my very best to provide you with all of the risk management rules, etc.
This refund policy is the standard terms for online, digital products. Unlike physical products, once you have purchased this product you will have instant access to all of the training files (including more than 3 full years of live market action on demand to research and backtest while perfecting your own methods) and you can not return them. Therefore, this refund policy is firm and fair. We absolutely do not need your money. Please do not sign up if you're not committed to doing the work required to achieve your goals because it would only be a distraction to my clients who are dedicated. Thank you!
* Please note this program was developed after many painful years of testing and practice, along with more than $180,000 invested in educational fees and over $96 million in capital deployed (so far) to test and refine these elite methods. This is a skill set that will serve you for life and it is worth much more than we would ever charge. To clarify, if you are participating in any type of 90-day program/challenge, or any program for a fixed period of time, you are expected to complete all of the lessons and submit a spreadsheet linking to your assignments to show you did the work. If we find that you completed all the assignments but did not make any progress or are not satisfied AFTER 90 DAYS, we will contact you to confirm this and then issue a refund within 14 days of the end of the program so we can stay friends… just as we promised.

Your subscription will continue for the period identified when You signed up for the Premium Service (the “Term”) and renew automatically either on a monthly or annual basis at the end of the Term as described in the check-out process, unless You notify us of Your decision not to renew before the end of the Term. You can cancel before the end of the Term by using the methods described in Section 23 “Subscription Cancellation for A Premium Service,” above.
You may only cancel your subscription using the two methods identified in Section 23 above. Exponential Gains will not process any cancellation requests made by email, postal mail, or by calling phone number other than that identified in Section 23. If You do not notify us as described in Section 23 above, we will charge Your credit card we have on file the then-applicable monthly, periodic or annual fee for Your subscription. You will not receive a refund, reimbursement or other credit of Your subscription fee after Your subscription has renewed.
In connection with recurring billing for subscription renewals, You authorize Exponential Gains to bill Your credit card account number, regardless of whether the other information associated with Your subscription has changed, including but not limited to the expiration date of the physical card with which You subscribed. We may receive updated information about Your account from the financial institution issuing Your credit or charge card. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with Your Exponential Gains username, member name and password (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. In the event we have to collect unpaid amounts You owe us, You will be liable for all of our attorneys’ and collection agency fees..
If You are purchasing an education package, Exponential Gains offers a Warranty if You are not satisfied with the education and/or coaching You have received. This Warranty does not apply to: any additional coaching sessions You have bought separately from any of our education packages.
To use our Warranty, You must complete the following within six months of Your initial purchase: Complete all lessons in Your education course(s) Attend at least 90% of Your one-on-one coaching sessions Complete all assignments that Your personal coach gives You; and Provide documentation that You have traded for 6 consecutive weeks with at least 8 trades per week (paper or live).
To take advantage of this Warranty, You must email hello@exponentialgains.com. You may cancel the purchase of Your education package at any time before midnight on the seventh day after You receive access to the online education program of Exponential Gains. After midnight on the seventh day, all sales are final, and subject to our Warranty. To cancel Your subscription to the education package, You must use the methods described in Section 23 “Subscription Cancellation for A Premium Service,” above.
