For all refunds on any of our VIP level programs or the 90 Day Alpha Challenge, you must complete the entire program and can only request the refund after this time. “You have 90 days to go through the program with me LIVE, and apply the tactics to see if you get an ROI. If it’s not everything I said, and you show me you’ve tried it weekly, you get a total refund. We can even stay friends.”
Therefore, refunds are only given AFTER you’ve tried it for a full 90 days, AND, after you provide supporting proof of this. We will also check the membership vault and your live session logins to confirm you’ve consumed the weekly content.
Inline with our terms and conditions and refund policy you agreed to at checkout, refunds are not given because you changed your mind after a day or two, found the plan unsuitable on any day (you’ve not given it a real chance), found the plan confusing without consuming all the content, had a technical issue or did not like the plan in general. In other words, refunds are only an option once you have completed the full program as agreed.
These terms are without exception and a refund request outside of these requirements will not be processed. You will be required to spend time reading the content, watching the weekly videos and formulating your plan, so it does require some personalized action and a time commitment to study more than you trade – despite me doing my very best to provide you with all of the risk management rules, etc.
This refund policy is the standard terms for online, digital products. Unlike physical products, once you have purchased this product you will have instant access to all of the training files and can not return them. Therefore, our refund policy is firm and fair.
Please note this program was developed after many painful years of testing and practice, along with more than $180,000 invested in educational fees and over $12 million in capital deployed (so far) to test and refine these elite methods. Please do not contact us for a refund if you have not tried the program for the full time and please respect the vast amount of time, energy and money that went into the initial creation and constant updates.
To clarify, if you are participating in any type of 90-day program/challenge, or any program for a fixed period of time, you are expected to complete all the lessons and submit a spreadsheet linking to your assignments to show you did the work. If we find that you completed all the assignments but did not make any progress or are not satisfied AFTER 90 DAYS, we will contact you to confirm this and then issue a refund within 14 days of the end of the program so we can stay friends… just as we promised.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS
1. You must implement all strategies taught in the course or coaching program. You must watch all training videos, review all resources, and complete every corresponding action item in the course or program. Each program's content is subject to change, but you are required to complete all of the material that was available to you at your time of purchase. You must show documented proof that you have completed the program and tracked your results or progress as indicated in the training. Each course or training program consists of videos, slideshows, and other training materials and you must complete all modules AND take action steps on actionable activities as outlined in the course in order to claim a refund. You must show documented proof that you have made attempts to implement all of the strategies taught in the live coaching sessions or program before requesting a refund.
2. You must leverage our world class support team for assistance. We care about our students, clients and customers. If there are any questions or concerns regarding your purchase or anything that arises that is preventing you from achieving results, you must email email@example.com for assistance. You must submit active trades for review in the live trading sessions so we can help you improve your plans and order execution.
3. You must show documented proof that you have submitted real trade charts and that you have tried emailing us with your questions and concerns AT LEAST once before requesting a refund and we will check our records to see how the situation was handled. You must document all of the proof of results and work you perform in a Google Doc or other shareable document, including when you performed the action. It is imperative that you document this data in the Google Doc immediately after you perform each requirement listed above, because Google will track when you made updates to the document, and this is how we will know that you met the requirements in the time allotted. We want you to have success with all of our programs and consulting, therefore you must start implementing what we've taught you within 7 days of your purchase.
4. You must document your activities and, if within the refund period, decide you wish to stop using the program and request a refund, provide us with all of this documentation before requesting a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of the expiration date of your guarantee notifying us you will be submitting a refund request and have your documentation ready for review. No exceptions.
